Indictment issued in Pukanić case
The Serbian Special Prosecution has indicted Sreten Jocić aka Joca Amsterdam, a suspected crime boss, for the murder of Croatian journalist Ivo Pukanić.

The Serbian Special Prosecution has indicted Sreten Jocic aka Joca Amsterdam, a suspected crime boss, for the murder of Croatian journalist Ivo Pukanic. Niko Franjic, employed with Pukanic's weekly Nacional, also died in the bomb blast in Zagreb a year ago. Indictment issued in Pukanic case Suspected accomplices Zeljko Milovanovic and Milenko Kuzmanovic were also indicted for participating in the murders. “The prosecution believes that the evidence gathered during the seven month investigation has confirmed that suspicion that Jocic, Milovanovic and Kuzmanovic were working within an international organized crime group made up of Serbian, Croatian, and Bosnian citizens, who organized and committed the crime in question,” the statement from the Special Prosecution said. The indictees killed Pukanic for a reward of "at least EUR 1.5mn", according to the charges.
