Tribunal expands contempt charges against SRS leader
The Hague Tribunal has expanded the third indictment for contempt of court against Serb Radical Party (SRS) leader Vojislav Šešelj.

The Hague Tribunal has expanded the third indictment for contempt of court against Serb Radical Party (SRS) leader Vojislav Seselj. He will enter a plea on the charges on November 4. Tribunal expands contempt charges against SRS leader The Hague Tribunal charged Seselj with contempt of court in late May for refusing to remove documents revealing identity of protected witnesses from his webpage. The SRS leader pleaded not guilty. The indictment was expanded after Seselj did not comply with the court order issued on July 15 to remove the books and other documents that contained names of the witnesses from his webpage. The Hague Tribunal will deliver Seselj’s second contempt of court verdict on October 31. He was charged with revealing identity of 11 protected witnesses.
