Dr Šešelj does not have access to the internet and he certainly does not have a website. If others are running a website on Dr Šešelj's behalf then the Tribunal should discuss this with them.

The Tribunal are clearly having trouble find excuses to keep Dr Šešelj out of Serbian politics.

Don't know where you get your misinformation but it is strictly that. One of the ploys of heading your own defense the court has to give you the ability to defend yourself which includes access to a computer and internet.
