This has been reported on Tuesday by Pristina-based media, the Tanjug agency said.

Mustafa also asserted that Kosovo "never belonged to Serbia" and, "will never belong to it."

Albanian language daily Epoka e Re is writing that Mustafa further "told members of the Serb community in Kosovo not to become a part of the nationalist rhetoric of Serbia."

"As soon as the Serb elections are over, leaders in Belgrade will have to tell Serbs in Kosovo they need to look for solutions to their problems in Pristina," he said.
