Right-wing movement registers as party

The Serbian Movement Dveri has been registered as a political party, and its representatives are saying they are "ready for provincial and local elections."

They also stress they are "ready for early parliamentary elections, if they are called."

Dveri's representatives told reporters on Friday that according to opinion polls, this party in coalition with the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) would win around nine percent of votes in provincial elections in Vojvodina.

Dveri President Bosko Obradovic said that opinion polls from the first week of October also showed that the Patriotic Block, made up of Dveri and the DSS, would win 7.8 percent in early parliamentary elections.

Obradovic announced that the new party will in the coming period work to attract more members and include "an even larger number of new and quality people" in all its structures.
