1. Don't drivers in Kosovo and their cars have to have insurance. If the police don't find his car then the Kosovo insurance should have to pay for a replacement car for him.

  7. According to reports, the victim sustained serious injuries. He was first treated at the hospital in Gjilane, but after his condition took a turn for the worse, he was transferred to the Serb enclave of Gračanica.
