EU Council Western Balkans conclusions The conclusions came as the Council had an exchange of views on the EU Commission's communication on "Enlargement Strategy and Main Challenges 2007-2008" and the accompanying Progress Reports on Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo as defined by United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244.
