Proposal for Mesarović’s dismissal arrives in parliament

BELGRADE The High Judicial Council’s proposal for dismissal of Supreme Court of Cassation President Nata Mesarovic has arrived in the Serbian parliament. The ruling coalition claims that it has a majority necessary to dismiss Mesarovic. According to announcements, an acting president of the Supreme Court of Cassation will be appointed.
