The Council for Truth about Kosovo and Metohija presented FM Vuk Jeremic a plaque for his commitment to preserve the province as part of Serbia. Jeremic received the award from the committee's chairman Svetozar Stozinic, the Foreign Ministry said. FM awarded for commitment to preserve Kosovo Jeremic thanked the committee for the award, and said that it will add impetus to his diplomatic efforts aimed at preserving sovereignty and territorial integrity of Serbia, the ministry's statement reads. The foreign minister underlined that he is particularly pleased over the fact that the award was granted by one of the biggest Serb organizations in Kosovo and Metohija. Jeremic informed representatives of the committee about the current trends in the international arena, as well as various pressures that are being imposed on a number of countries to recognize the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo, the release reads.
