Defense Minister Dragan Sutanovac was touring army bases in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Tuesday. He said that the Serbian Army (VS) would not allow any unrest in the southern areas of the country and that its response to any form of violence would be very efficient. Sutanovac: We'll respond to terror from Kosovo "We will not hesitate a moment if anyone in southern Serbia attempts to cause instability. We will be very efficient and swift and we will not allow any terrorism from Kosovo and Macedonia to spill over into Serbia," Sutanovac said. After touring the Jugovicevo barracks in Novi Sad, the minister told journalists that the response to any terrorism from Kosovo would take place "at the speed of lightning." Sutanovac announced that the state secretaries of the Ministry of Defense and himself would visit southern Serbia regularly from Dec. 1 and tour all military bases. (FoNet)
