Head of the Serbian government's team for negotiations with Pristina Borislav Stefanovic met in Belgrade on Wednesday with EU envoy Robert Cooper. Stefanovic said that they discussed the issues that should be resolved in the next round of negotiations, including university diplomas, the cadaster, electricity and telecommunication. Team chief, EU official discuss next Kosovo round "The talks were held in a constructive atmosphere. We covered all the issues for the next round of talks, which is to take place by the end of July. We agreed that we should then try and solve the issues of the cadaster, university diplomas, electricity and telecommunication," Stefanovic told Beta news agency. He added that Cooper had conveyed Pristina's - i.e. Kosovo Albanian - stands regarding each of these issues. "I used the opportunity at the meeting to once again point out the incomprehensible behavior of Pristina - regarding the recent attempt at confiscating Serbian-issued documents," Stefanovic said. Cooper also met with Interior Minister Ivica Dacic. "During the meeting, they also discussed the freedom of movement, the implementation of which is under the jurisdiction of the Interior Ministry," it was said in the brief statement issued after the meeting by the Serbian Interior Ministry.
