Some 20,000 people greeted the country's national water polo and handball teams last night in Belgrade, singing and and chanting “Serbia, Serbia”. On behalf of Novak Djokovic, his father Srdjan attended the reception, together with members of expert staff of the water polo and handball teams. Tadic stated that Sunday was "a great day for Serbian sports and sports in the entire Balkan region", and wished Serbia's athletes good luck in the Olympics, due to be held this summer.
