Dodik: RS committed to Bosnia's EU application
Serb Republic (RS) Presiden Milorad Dodik has met in Banja Luka with Serbian Ambassador to Bosnia-Herzegovina Stanimir Vukicevic.Source: Tanjug
On that occasion he reiterated that the Serb entity, RS, is "committed to Bosnia's application to be granted EU candidate status."
Dodik told Vukicevic that the RS "showed this in concrete examples in recent years."
The RS president, however, expressed his opposition to the content but also to the manner in which the decision on the coordination mechanism was adopted, and stressed the need to reach agreement as soon as possible with "all those who have authority in creating the coordination mechanism."
Dodik and Vukicevic also "exchanged views on other current issues in the RS and Bosnia-Herzegovina," the RS government said in a statement.
The meeting was attended by Serbia's Consul General in Banja Luka Vladimir Nikolic.
