Yes, and the reality according to UN appointed Judge Harhoff, is that the ICTY was not a criminal court. Harhoff's expert decision, widely publicized, was that the ICTY was a kangaroo court corrupted for political motives by its American master Meron.

You’re ever amusing as always LOL. Who will do the bombing? The Albos? or perhaps NATO? As usual cowards like Albos forever hide behind a strong power, but here is the dilemma? Have the Russians taken the S400s back to Russia? No one knows.
Perhaps NATO is feeling lucky and should try its hand at repeating 1999, but if the airplanes start falling out of the sky then they will be even in bigger doo doo LOL.
You see Serbs stand their ground unlike Albos and Croats who always hide behind someone.
What is even funnier your Albos signed the transport agreements and that is even without Kurti being asked ha,ha,ha. Shows how important your “administration” is in Kosova.
What is even stranger your Albos ask that they can seek work in Serbia proper. Yes, seek work in Serbia proper, but wait a minute wasn’t that knucklehead Kurti going to sue Serbia for genocide?
How is it possible Albos want to work with people that allegedly committed genocide LOL?????????
Now you see how pure BS is so quickly revealed and you people wonder why I mention your lot clean malls.

Here is my prediction. To avoid RS breaking away Sarajevo aka Bakir Izzy will cave in and get rid of the foreign judges.

You forgot to include the Presheva Valley (Lugina), Vojvodina, and Sandzak to your list of entities seeking and deserving independence.
    (Arben, 14 February 2020 20:15)

That all could be true if not that "Vojvodina" thing.

The moment someone mentions "Vojvodina" that is like to put a red tape on the forehead which reads: "warning, I am a troll".

The reason is simply that the "Vojvodina" is referring to an ethnic element with second-most difficult language in the world, after Chinese.

But it is a double-edge sword. Either no one understands that language in the group (than the argument could even pass the limbo) or there is some exception to the general rule.

The moment "Vojvodina" is mentioned, that "exception" will ROFL. And everyone else will see that the king is naked.

So I would just leave Vojvodina alone. Or learn that language.

The Serbs will never be happy unless they destroy their neighbors, but we all know that will never happen, Further more, the Dayton Agreement prevents the dissolution of Bosnia, even though you think it should. Get with the program (Dayton) that allowed Serbia to exist and not be destroyed by NATO.

  18. Dragan,
I disagree, there is a world of difference between Kosova and the Rep. Srpska. First of all, the Dayton Agreement determines what Srpska can and cannot do.Kosova is a recognized country by more than 100 UN member countries, Srpska is not allowed to be a country by its own admission, dictated by Dayton. Furthermore, Dodik, or anyone else cannot change the status of Srpska. Please recall many of Srpska’s officials were removed from power when they attempted to violate Dayton.

R.Srpska has more legitimacy than Kosovo* ever will.
Now if R.Srpska was an ally of the U.S they would be a new sovereign state a long time ago with the backing of the western devils.
So as we have it, it really comes down to who is allied with who?
North Ossetia, Abkhazia and Transnistria are all wanting independence.
    Scotland and Wales want it.
Basque, Catalonia, and Galicia are asking the question.
Serbs in Montenegro will ask autonomy soon and so they should.

  30. The Bosnian Constitution clearly and explicitly prescribes the competencies of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and it does not state anywhere that property falls within its jurisdiction”, Dodik said.

I just checked it. He seems to be right.

    [link]

    Article III

"3. Law and Responsibilities of the Entities and the Institutions
    a) All governmental functions and powers not expressly assigned in this Constitution to
the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be those of the Entities. "

What is expressly assigned to the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina?

"1. Responsibilities of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The following matters are the responsibility of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina:
    a) Foreign policy.
    b) Foreign trade policy.
    c) Customs policy.
    d) Monetary policy as provided in Article VII.
    e) Finances of the institutions and for the international obligations of Bosnia and
    Herzegovina.
    f) Immigration, refugee, and asylum policy and regulation.
    g) International and inter-Entity criminal law enforcement, including relations with
    Interpol.
    h) Establishment and operation of common and international communications facilities.
    i) Regulation of inter-Entity transportation.
    j) Air traffic control. "

  32. "We will not allow this to happen, this is the red line that has been crossed. The Bosnian Constitution clearly and explicitly prescribes the competencies of Bosnia-Herzegovina, and it does not state anywhere that property falls within its jurisdiction”

Latest disagreement is based on Sarajevo's desire to register all publicly owned land as state ownership that would give it right to decide on concession (and concession money) etc.
Example, if some kind of ore have been found anywhere in Bosnia, let's say near Banja Luka, Sarajevo, as an owner of the land would give the concession to the foreign mining company and it would also collect the money from them.
Bosnian Constitution does not have a provision for such centralization, but Constitutional Court voted (against the Constitution???) to allow it. Political interference is obvious.
    Now what?
