Serbia's Euro-Atlantoc integration could be frozen because of failure to arrest Madic and Hadzic, says EP's Doris Pack. "I am convinced that Belgrade the the EU should start talks about Serbia's European integrations. This process, along with the accession assistance (IPA) will facilitate continued reforms in Serbia," said the German politician who heads the EP's delegation for southeastern Europe. Pack also noted that it was very important for the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina to start as soon as possible, irrelevant of the date of elections in Kosovo. "It is necessary that both Serbia and Kosovo prepare the field for negotiations, so that experts on both sides start talks about practical issues, that are of most importance for the lives of people in Kosovo," said she. She also said that she was certain her country's parliament would ratify the Serbia-EU SAA.
