He said that Holland is sending signals that it might be willing to begin the implementation of the interim trade agreement with Serbia. Djelic: Positive signals coming from Holland Djelic said that Serbia “must be careful” and wait for the report of Hague Chief Prosecutor Serge Brammertz. He said that the Dutch parliament has afforded Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen the opportunity to change Holland’s stance on the implementation of the agreement and Serbia’s further EU integration, based on the report which Brammertz is expected to give to the UN Security Council in early December. Djelic said that this new agreement within the Dutch parliament is a positive development for Serbia. “We must be carefully, however, and wait for Brammertz’s report, but it is certain that the new agreement within the Dutch coalition is a positive development for our country. But, we will wait and see Brammertz’s report in order to discuss what we will do next,” Djelic concluded. Bozidar Djelic (FoNet archive)
