"Appeals Chamber orders Seselj arrested and extradited"

The paper writes that it had access to the request which was submitted to the Serbian Ministry of Justice.

The document says that in his response to the tribunal Seselj stated he did not violate the order of the Trial Chamber to grant him provisional release, that he was not a flight risk, and that he did not influence or endanger any witnesses.

It is also stressed that "the Appeals Chamber, having found that the Trial Chamber made a mistake by failing to withdraw the decision on Seselj's release, overturned the January 13 decision of the Trial Chamber and ordered it immediately withdrawn," and Seselj returned to custody.

The daily said that two of the Appeals Chamber's five judges did not sign the order, and they are Bakhtiyar Tuzmukhamedov and Kofi Kumelio Afande.
