That is something I think the world would love to see, how this man could get up in public and try to play the "poor me" fiddle, when all the evidence would show that almost every single delay in his case was at his own hands! But I am sure a guilty verdict will make that show an impossibility.

I regularly feel sympathy with Serbia for what seem to me to be unnecessary attempts to use their aspirations to join the EU as a bargaining chip to force the government to take measures that have little or nothing to do with EU accession. On other occasions they seem to be their own worst enemy. Whilst the legal and judicial system in Serbia needs to be respected, the tone of the comments from senior officials suggests that the country would rather not send Seselj back at all, irrespective of his health problems; this is not the message the world wants to hear. Expedite the process and hand him back; simple.

You're right rocky, and Albanians will be dancing to the tune, except they won't be playing the cifteli. They've never played it of their own accord, except in the mountains....

Send the criminal to jail let him rot there in Hag

Why? They had him for more than a decade and have not been able to convict him. They denied him justice. Justice dalayed is justice denied. Who spends more than a decade in prison without a verdict? Even if guilty, he's done his time but since he was not found guilty they need him back so he can conveniently die and that way be unable to sue for wrongful imprisoment.

Fascism is alive in Serbia and people like Ari Gold are encouraging such stupity. Seselj is a thug worse then Hitler. Why is this animal on the streets. The quicker he is sent to a padded cell the better. God save us from such filth !

Ahh so here is the excuse that the EU will use for not opening the Chapters in June.

I don't think the EU needs an excuse not to open chapters in June. To my knowledge no officials in the EU have given a date, only Serb politicians.

HA HA send him back. No chance!!!!

The Hague and the rest of the world should be requesting that Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Madaline Albright, Wesley Clark, Hillary Clinton, Bob Dole, Ramush Haradinaj, Hashim Thaci, Ante Gotovina and Mladen Markac go to the Hague to face war crimes charges.

Ziveo Dr. (Vojvoda) Seselj, Kosovo I Metohija I cela VELIKA Srbija!!!!

The ITCY which is out of order since a long time, should revise certain judgments, concerning those Croatian "generals" or Albanian terrorists.
Who satands behind this decision to send Seselj back ? Although some Croat comments say he should rot in the Hague, which is more than primitive and stupid, first of all the public opinion should know for what reason the court claims his extradition .
