An Albanian language daily published in Pristina is writing today that Ministry for Kosovo State Secretary Oliver Ivanovic is "a murder suspect". Koha Ditore says this was contained in an UNMIK police report, and relates to events that took place in 2000, in northern Kosovska Mitrovica. "State secretary is murder suspect" The paper says that ten ethnic Albanians were killed then, while the report, "called Pandora Sigma", marked Ivanovic and former police chief in the north Dragan Delibasic as "chief suspects in the murder of Nderim Ajeti and Neriman Dzaku". 11 years after the "massacre", writes Koha Ditore, "no one has been convicted for the murder of ten and wounding of 25 people". The article says that "in the night between February 3 and 4, 2000, organized groups of Serbs killed ten Albanians", while "1,564 Albanian families with 11,364 members were forced out of northern (Kosovska) Mitrovica)". The ethnically divided northern Kosovo town is made up of its northern, predominately Serb part, and southern, ethnic Albanian part where no Serbs live.
