All suspects of crimes should be investigated by proper authorities and if incriminating evidence is found they should be arrested and stand trial,which is the norm in all civilized societies. Does anybody here see or have a problem with that?

You should be ashamed for making fun of one of the greatest human tragedys of the Kosovo-war. 47 Albanians civilians were brutally slaughtered by the Serb forces and thrown into a ditch like if they were animals. Your comment and those of your compatriots prove once again why Kosova should be independent and why there is no way back. As long as Serbs refuse to be confronted with their past, their will never be peace and reconciliation between Serbs and Albanians. 

As for the accusations against Ivanovic, some commentators tend to forget that they come from an UNMIK-report which "Koha Ditore" has in it's posession and is reporting about it. Trying to portray this as "Albanian propaganda" is just a way to deny this horrible crime, as you always do. Imagain what the reactions would have been if the report talked about an Albanian being accused of something like this.

It is time that the 15,000 innocent civilians gat some justice: the names of their murderers are known and they must face the justice.

There are still 2,000 K-Albanians missing their killers are known - they must face justice.

The French KFOR must also give some credible answers about why allowing the ehtnic cleansing of the north Mitrovica from over 11,000 Albanians??? Anothet Srebrenica???

How many kidneys have been stolen and sold to these 2,000 missing and 15,000 killed only god knows; but Marty shoudl investigate that as well.

The new investigation if it is international must include ALL crimes commited in Kosova.

I was thinking, and I thought of a proposal for Serbia to recognise Kosovo as independent, however it would affect not only the Borders of Serbia, but also of Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro.

1. Thaci, Ceku and Other KLA Commanders are extradicted to the hague
2. Serbian Enclaves and Holy Sights (eg. Kosovo Polje, Granica) remain the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
3. Extra KFOR troops are sent into Kosovo; among them are a small number of Serbian troops to protect any Serbs remaining in parts of Kosovo that do not remain part of Serbia and any monuments that remain within Kosovo's borders
4. Republika Srpska, and the Other region of BIH that is majority Serb, scedes into the Republic of Serbia
5. Bosniak inhabited areas of Serbia and parts of Montenegro are sceded into Bosnia and Herzegovina
6. The Small Serbian majority region in Croatia scedes into Serbia, the Small Croatian Majority region in Serbia scedes into Croatia
7. The regions of Montenegro that voted against Independence/where the majority of the population declare as Serbs scede into Serbia
8. A small region in Serbia east of Kosovo scedes into Kosovo
9. Kosovo Albanian Authorities achknowledge war crimes and that Racak was hoaxed
10. All Human rights granted to any Serbs remaining in Kosovo.

Of course not everyone would be pleased with this; Chiefly Montenegro who would lose a huge portion of its territory and and gain none, and secondly Bosnia, which would lose a large part of its territory and gain little. However, if long lasting Balkans stability is wanted then this is a good option as it divides the former Yugoslavia on ethnic, and not Tito's lines. Its also Kosovo's only hope of gaining international recognition and UN membership

Note: I left out changes with Slavic Macedonia-Albania, Slovenia-Croatia and Bosnia-Croatia because i'm not sure of the current situation in those regions.

You should be ashamed for making fun of one of the greatest human tragedys of the Kosovo-war. 47 Albanians civilians were brutally slaughtered by the Serb forces and thrown into a ditch like if they were animals. Your comment and those of your compatriots prove once again why Kosova should be independent and why there is no way back. As long as Serbs refuse to be confronted with their past, their will never be peace and reconciliation between Serbs and Albanians. 

As for the accusations against Ivanovic, some commentators tend to forget that they come from an UNMIK-report which "Koha Ditore" has in it's posession and is reporting about it. Trying to portray this as "Albanian propaganda" is just a way to deny this horrible crime, as you always do. Imagain what the reactions would have been if the report talked about an Albanian being accused of something like this.

I was thinking, and I thought of a proposal for Serbia to recognise Kosovo as independent, however it would affect not only the Borders of Serbia, but also of Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro.

1. Thaci, Ceku and Other KLA Commanders are extradicted to the hague
2. Serbian Enclaves and Holy Sights (eg. Kosovo Polje, Granica) remain the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
3. Extra KFOR troops are sent into Kosovo; among them are a small number of Serbian troops to protect any Serbs remaining in parts of Kosovo that do not remain part of Serbia and any monuments that remain within Kosovo's borders
4. Republika Srpska, and the Other region of BIH that is majority Serb, scedes into the Republic of Serbia
5. Bosniak inhabited areas of Serbia and parts of Montenegro are sceded into Bosnia and Herzegovina
6. The Small Serbian majority region in Croatia scedes into Serbia, the Small Croatian Majority region in Serbia scedes into Croatia
7. The regions of Montenegro that voted against Independence/where the majority of the population declare as Serbs scede into Serbia
8. A small region in Serbia east of Kosovo scedes into Kosovo
9. Kosovo Albanian Authorities achknowledge war crimes and that Racak was hoaxed
10. All Human rights granted to any Serbs remaining in Kosovo.

Of course not everyone would be pleased with this; Chiefly Montenegro who would lose a huge portion of its territory and and gain none, and secondly Bosnia, which would lose a large part of its territory and gain little. However, if long lasting Balkans stability is wanted then this is a good option as it divides the former Yugoslavia on ethnic, and not Tito's lines. Its also Kosovo's only hope of gaining international recognition and UN membership

Note: I left out changes with Slavic Macedonia-Albania, Slovenia-Croatia and Bosnia-Croatia because i'm not sure of the current situation in those regions.

Even if the organ trafficking was proved to be true ( ridiculous) , this will never equal the crimes committed in Vukovar,Srebrenica and Kosovo by Serbian army, police, paramilitary with the benediction of the orthodox church. Images of walking skeletons in concentration camps will forever stay vivid in people’s memory. The bombardments against Dubrovnik (World heritage), the siege of Sarajevo, the snipers shooting from the hills surrounding the city, the carnage at the Sarajevo market will never be forgotten.
This is real and it did not happened 100 years ago, but just a decade ago. So please don’t act like nothing happened and try to put an equal sign between a state’s well prepared aggression against all its neighbors with the benediction of the “academy of science” and the “holy orthodox church” of Serbia, and the guerrilla fight for survival of KLA and other light armed groups. There is more out there than just reading of cheap propaganda and biased comments in a daily basis. I do read sometimes the articles and comments just to see if there is any improvement in the people’s judgments, but unfortunately I see the same kind of comments which are not contributing in any way to ease the relations between Serb and Albanian civilians. Thanks, for confirmation that nything that comes from Serbia regarding Kosova, it is a poore propaganda.

I excitedly ran out today and bought all the British papers. After all, this is a big story - a senior Serb official in the Kosovo ministry accused of war crimes should be on all the front pages (together with an abject apology to the Albos that we could ever for a moment have suspected them of any wrongdoing).

And... not a mention. Nothing. Asgjë. ништа. Could it be that the media in this great "friend of Kosova" thinks that the story is a clumsy fiction, conjured up in desperation to deflect attention from allegations made by the rather more credible Council of Europe?

I do believe it could be!

It is time that the 15,000 innocent civilians gat some justice: the names of their murderers are known and they must face the justice.

There are still 2,000 K-Albanians missing their killers are known - they must face justice.

The French KFOR must also give some credible answers about why allowing the ehtnic cleansing of the north Mitrovica from over 11,000 Albanians??? Anothet Srebrenica???

How many kidneys have been stolen and sold to these 2,000 missing and 15,000 killed only god knows; but Marty shoudl investigate that as well.

The new investigation if it is international must include ALL crimes commited in Kosova.

See for Oli there are names and surnames of the dead persons; in the Marty/Del Ponte's fanatzy book there is not even a single name.

This is huge difference that only blind racist cannot see.

these accusations were known from the beginning.
for peace seeks,unmik and kosovo politicians choose to ignore them,and even take a decision to forbid any publication of these ,even when people did testify publikly.Now that you chose to come back to these past time,we too choose to testify with names and data for what serbs have done.

All suspects of crimes should be investigated by proper authorities and if incriminating evidence is found they should be arrested and stand trial,which is the norm in all civilized societies. Does anybody here see or have a problem with that?
