A Statistical Office survey has shown that 76.8 percent of Serbians use cell phones, up on last year's 70 percent. The survey, carried out on the territory of Serbia, excluding the province of Kosovo, showed that over 4.4 million people use cell phones. 4.4mn Serbians use cell phones The Serbian market has three mobile telephony operators, Telekom's MTS, Norwegian Telenor, and Austrian Mobilkom VIP. The Statistical Office carried out the survey using EUROSTAT methodology, using a sample of 2,000 individuals aged from 16 to 74.
