The German government has expressed major concern over the latest escalation of violence in northern Kosovo, the German Foreign Ministry spokesman said Tuesday. “Having Serb extremists use force against KFOR soldiers is unacceptable,” the spokesman said, adding that he expected Belgrade to react.
