Violence of “Serb extremists against KFOR unacceptable”
The German government has expressed major concern over the latest escalation of violence in northern Kosovo, the German Foreign Ministry spokesman said Tuesday.
Wow...Serb commentators here really DO see parallels between this Germany & Hitler's Germany. They have even equated themselves to the plight of the Jews!!! Amazing.
Lets see, Hitler's Germany was at war with the US, UK & other powers with which it now enjoys great relationships. In Kosovo, German troops are in a joint operation with their US counterparts, both of whom by the way have stressed that the latest spout of violence came at the instigation of Serb militants. Its OK though, do as the Serbs usually do, feel victimized and blame other people but Serbs for everything that is wrong with Serbia. During the breakup of former Yugoslavia, there were Croats at war, Bosnians at war and lastly Kosovar Albanians at war. What is the common denominator there? They were all fighting Serbia, who is forever blameless and innocent
How can their mandate (preserving peace while being status neutral) include to transport Kosovo officers to the checkpoints?

1244 never mandated KFOR to "be status neutral", unless, of course, you can show cite 1244's paragraph that says that (please, use the Arabic, Chinese, English, French or Russian version of 1244, not the famous Serbian one which has much more text that the versions above).

about the size of albania and serbia, dont be so sure if serbia will be bigger than albania, within 10 years we shall see. times have changed, russia falled and at the same time serbi falled. It was not a bunch of Serbian Extremists attacking the German KFOR, it was Serbs resonding to the Extreme measures imposed upon them by the EU, USA and KFOR. Lets get this straight! Riots in Germany between Right wing boot boys and the police. The Right wing guys use stones, bottles and molotov cocktails and the police react without any fire power. A Serb throws stones in his own country and is shot by a foreign occupying force. Did this not happen back in 1941 - 1945? And with the same nation!!! If you whip the most docile animal enough times it will turn and bite you. Well the way EU, USA and KFOR have been treating us Serbs since 2001 perhaps it is time that we bit back!

No, I simply used it as an example where the victims are being called extremists, I need something to relate it to, and the holocaust is a good one because everyone knows about it
Had the Kosovo Serbs in the North not thrown pipe bombs and injured four German KFOR peacekeepers, KFOR wouldn't have responded with rubber bullets as an act of self defence.
Regardless of how small Serbia gets it will always be bigger then Albania and more successful. What do albanians have to be proud of?

They should be concerned very because if they don't leave they will provoke a war! It might of not happened in those clashes but with each day passing everybody involved including NATO troops are losing "patience". If the West keeps pushing the Serbs into a Corner they are in for a rude awakening and that's not a threat, that's what i see happening.

Have you heard of Jasenovac or were only jews exterminated there? I guess in your history book the Croats, Bosnian Moslems and Albanians fought on the Allies side in WWII. Pristina, like the nazis want to get rid of the serbs.

A free independent & sovereign government of Serbians own choosing would never allowed German Luftwaffe and German boots marching on our soil again but don´t despair, they will be thrown out again before they know...

every extremist will see the force of law, serbs were tolerated but they will not be tolerated anymore. what i see in serb forums, it makes me lough, because i see that serbs are the strongest, tough, victorious etc. but reality speaks in the strongest way, serbia is shrinking as times are passing by, soon sandzjak and vojvodina will go indipendent but for sure it will be another serb victory, and serbs will continue to win while their country goes off.

That's the questionable thing. How can their mandate (preserving peace while being status neutral) include to transport Kosovo officers to the checkpoints? Of course stoning KFOR troops is on the same (low and unacceptable) level as Kosovo Albanians stoning Serbian buses.
Do these politician have a mirror to look at in the morning? an ethic? do they have a God to ask forgiveness? Can they sleep overnight?
All this is sad, estremely sad.
