Serbia's "breadbasket" regions - Vojvodina and parts of Mačva - have not been affected, ne noted, and added that last year's reserves are "good" and could cover the needs of the next four to five months.

The state is also expected to help with subsidies for seeds, fertilizers, fuel, and loans to help dairy farmers buy cattle, he said.
