Minister proposes pardon for Džajić’s associates

BELGRADE Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic has sent a proposal to the president to exempt associates of ex-Red Star FC President Dragan Dzajic from criminal prosecution. B92 has learnt that the minister proposed that three of Dzajic’s associates, Vladimir Cvetkovic, Milos Marinkovic and Ranko Stojic be exempted from criminal prosecution in a proceeding that is underway before the Higher Court in Belgrade. He decided to exempt Dzajic from criminal liability in the case on November 16. The three Red Star FC officials and football manager are suspected of illegally obtaining around EUR 8mn from the sale of four Red Star players - Goran Drulic, Zoran Njegus, Perice Ognjenovic and Ivan Dudic.
