A status conference in the retrial of former ethnic Albanian KLA members Ramush Haradinaj, Idriz Balaj and Lahi Brahimaj will be held at the Hague Tribunal. Haradinaj, who was also the prime minister of the government in Pristina for a period of time after the war in Kosovo, and the two others are charged with committing war crimes. The reason given by the judges was that the original trial was marred by the inability to collect evidence from witnesses who were subjected to intimidation.
