Serbia's President and Democratic Party (DS) leader Boris Tadic says Serbia must not stop the EU integration process. He explained that the EU integration process was a condition for finding a practical solution for Kosovo. President: Serbia must not stop EU integration He said at the DS Main Board meeting on Saturday that there was no right and good solution for Kosovo but that Serbia would continue to solve conflicts for everybody’s sake. “If Serbia left the European integration process it would pay the highest possible price,” Tadic pointed out. He noted that every other political option would reduce the possibility of country’s development and possibility to open new jobs. The DS leader said that Serbia had started solving problems through dialogue which was a European principle and value. According to Tadic, the EU today is burdened by various conflicts and there is a question which red lines Serbia will not cross in the process. He said that the EU integration process was today different than few years ago, that standards had been raised and that circumstances in which Serbia would have to look for solutions were difficult.
