There is dissatisfaction at the line-up of the new Kosovo government within the ruling coalition itself. A part of the leadership and membership of both the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo and the Democratic Party of Kosovo is unhappy with the two parties’ coalition, and particularly with personnel solutions in the new government, claims today’s edition of Albanian language daily newspaper Zeri. Internal rift evident within new Kosovo government According to the daily, there are several strong factors suggesting this: the atmosphere that followed the constitutive session; the two hour delay before the session finally got under way; above all, the fact that the Kosovo president was approved only in the third round of voting and that certain deputies within the new ruling coalition voted against the proposed formation of the new government.
