A baby died and six persons were injured in a car accident on the Pozarevac-Veliko Gradiste road on Wednesday morning. The accident happened when two vehicles collided head-on. Baby killed, six persons injured in car crash All of the injured persons are being examined at the Pozarevac General Hospital and they are not in a life threatening condition, B92 has learned. “Six persons were brought to our hospital in Pozarevac, to our emergency room, at 6:30, and a five-month-old baby who was unfortunately dead on arrival. All of the injured persons immediately underwent examinations and tests,” Pozarevac General Hospital Emergency Room Chief Milance Vuckovic said. The chief of the traffic police unit in Pozarevac said that the cause of the accident was most likely speeding, coupled with fog and slippery road surface, and noticed that the collision took place in a bend of the road.
