A court in Varna, Bulgaria, has sentenced a 23-year-old man to a ten-month suspended sentence for using a social networking website to propagate racial hatred. The man, Slava Zhechev, used Facebook to organize an event dubbed, "Kill the Roma (Gypsies)".
