The Republic of Srpska (RS) Prime Minister Milorad Dodik says there is a scenario prepared in the event the high representative “replaces him under pressure.“ Dodik told RS TV that the entity’s institutions would be launching a revision process of the powers hitherto delegated to the RS at state level, with a view to compressing the Bosnian Council of Ministers down to three ministers, as defined by the Dayton Accords. Dodik "prepared for all eventualities" The prime minister said that in the event of his dismissal international troops and tanks would gather outside the RS government HQ to prevent him entering the building. “There would probably be some pushing and shoving, and you journalists would film it. Then I’d move a hundred or so meters further on and hold a session of the RS government and suspend all Bosnia-Hercegovina laws,“ he said. Dodik said that he would then “set up an NGO, of which I’d be president, and lead the RS into independence.“ “If someone wants to play, let’s play,“ said the prime minister.
