Anti-corruption efforts to continue, deputy PM says
Source: Tanjug
BELGRADE -- First Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić has stated that combat against corruption in Serbia will continue, perhaps even at a stronger pace.
He said it was most important that there was "no political will to stop the affairs that have been revealed," and added he expected the first final judgments against the suspects to be delivered by the end of 2013.
Vučić told RTS he was confident that Serbia would get a more efficient judiciary, despite the fact that the reform process in this field was not an easy one.
The deputy PM also stressed he wanted to promote his own and the work of the relevant government authorities dealing with the fight against corruption, adding that they all had to be even more diligent and more committed to this task.
