The government met in an extraordinary session today in Belgrade to adopt its action plan for Kosovo. The document, announced earlier as a set of measures that the Serbian state will resort to in case its southern province unilaterally declares independence, is classified as top state secret. Minister for Kosovo Slobodan Samardzic (DSS) said after the meeting that considering the decision to label the document a secret, ministers and other state officials will not be discussing its content or revealing any details in public.
