Rasim Ljajic says "no competent authorities in Serbia" know where the remaining three Hague fugitives are hiding. “We do not say that three Hague indictees Ratko Mladic, Radovan Karadzic and Goran Hadzic are not in Serbia, but we cannot claim they are with certainty,” the president of the National Council for Coooperation with the Hague Tribunal was quotes as saying on Saturday. "We don't know where fugitives are" Ljajic added that Belgrade would be grateful to all those who believe they know or claim they know that these men are in Serbia to supply the council with information about that. “This is not a search for an alibi for Serbia or our wish to debate, but it is a fact that there is not a single rational reason not to arrest the three fugitives,” clarified Ljajic. He also recalled that Serbia has so far transferred to 43 indictees of the UN war crimes court, including its former military, police and political officials. “Until the Hague story is over, until Ratko Mladic, Radovan Karadzic and Goran Hadzic are arrested, Serbia is the only one suffering damages in that respect. It is not the United States or Brussels, it is not the Netherlands,” Ljajic, who is also a minister in the new cabinet, said. He announced that the Action Team for Cooperation with the Hague Tribunal will hold its first meeting on July 21, adding that the team will continue to work "with perhaps, different competencies and responsibilities". According to Ljajic, this body will get new members - BIA Director Sasa Vukadinovic and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic.
