Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO) leader Vuk Draskovic says that a death threat he received was written in Belgrade. He added that the death threat coincided with threats he had received from certain ministers. SPO leader: Death threats came from Belgrade “The death threat letter was written in Belgrade in those same headquarters in which my death sentences were delivered before and after the Ibar Highway crime by some black hands, wasps, spiders…,” he said when asked who was behind the Black Hand organization that sent him death threats recently. “The scenario is the same and it is not a coincidence at all that it coincides with the moment when some ministers are threatening me and want me to be silenced,” the SPO leader pointed out. He claims that he received death threats in his email 15 days ago and that the email was sent from Belgrade. He added that many people, including Serbian President Boris Tadic, were threatened in the letter. “I gave both letters to the police. I think they can easily find both the inspirers and perpetrators but I am afraid of a different outcome. Because police recently discovered where some anonymous messages and threats had been sent from and they were sent from a cabinet of a minister and his phone,” Draskovic said. He claims that police went to the minister’s cabinet but that “somebody vetoed” publishing of the investigation results. The SPO leader added that he was still being tapped, just like in the 90s. When asked who could be doing this, he said that it was being done because he, as he said, continued to fight for Serbia in Europe. “Because I continue the fight to bring unpunished killers from Milosevic’s secret police to justice and to solve their unsolved crimes. They are doing it because I am requesting opening of black books of those services before the Serbian citizens, to open secret files…,” Draskovic concluded. Vuk Draskovic
