The International Court of Justice in The Hague will not be considering Serbia's motion on Kosovo independence in urgent procedure, says daily Vecernje Novosti. One of the paper’s sources from the ICJ says that the motion seeking the court’s advisory opinion will not be considered urgently. No urgent procedure at ICJ UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon submitted the resolution to the ICJ last week, the text of which reads as follows: “Is the unilateral declaration of independence by the temporary self-government institutions in Kosovo in line with international law?“ The UN’s highest court will draw up a list of states and organizations that will be called upon to submit relevant information. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon submitted the resolution to the ICJ last week, the text of which reads as follows: “Is the unilateral declaration of independence by the temporary self-government institutions in Kosovo in line with international law?“
