"Lazard is analyzing revised offers for Telekom"
“Previously, the government's commission requested the revised offers for the purchase of Telekom including all necessary documentation for this transaction with an eye to stepping up competition among the bidders,” the minister of trade and telecommunications told Tanjug.The privatization consultant French company Lazard will analyze in the upcoming days the offers and deliver its assessments to the commission, then the government will make the final decision, Ljajic said.
“The government will sell Telekom only in case of a satisfactory price and an adequate social and investment program,” Ljajic noted.
