Serbia cannot make progress in the EU integration without a strong and competitive economy, Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) President Milos Bugarin has said. He also pointed out that the dialogue between the economy and the government was also important and was now needed more than ever before. Bugarin reiterated that without a strong and competitive Serbian economy, there could be no progress in the country's European integration because economic problems in Serbia could not provide an adequate framework for a dialogue with European partners. “The dialogue between the economy and the government is needed now more than ever before,” he underlined and added that success in business also required more efficient institutions, especially judicial institutions. He stressed that major changes needed to be carried out in the areas of agriculture, invention, environment and other domains.
