Novak Djokovic struggled to another victory at the Wimbeldon championships while suffering from stomach problems and a fever. He beat Australian Lleyton Hewiit in four sets 7-5, 6-4, 3-6, 6-4 in the fourth round of the tournament. Serbian tennis stars battle illnesses, injuries at Wimbledon Hewitt also made comments after the match regarding Djokovic’s health problems, stating that “he’s always got something.” The Serb, ranked third in the world, has retired from three late-round grand slam matches and surrendered four times at ATP Tour level in his career. “I don’t know why people think that I’m always having something,” Djokovic said, adding that he has not asked for a medical timeout in a long time.
