Labor minister "certain" Croatia won't seal border

"I heard it, we have all been listening to his statements together, announcements about blocking our borders. That was very quickly abandoned and I'm certain these ideas will be abandoned too," the Serbian minister of labor and social affairs told reporters on Monday.

He once again urged Croatia's authorities "not to involve us in their internal political clashes," and "not to make us a part of their election campaign."

"Let everyone do their job, let them too make an effort to reach our standards of humane behavior, efficiency and organization, and I'm sure we'll all be very pleased," said Vulin.

Asked "who is coordinating buses (transporting migrants) to go precisely to Sid from Presevo, considering that the Croatian PM has accused Serbia of doing this on purpose," the minister said, "the refugees are not being coordinated by anyone."

Vulin stressed that "coordination is in fact the migrants' need," and added it was "very interesting that Milanovic was not accusing Serbia of anything while migrants were going to Hungary."
