"44 laws additional laws on EU road" "Some of those laws are of key importance for the white Schengen list, such as the Law On Foreigners, on State Border Administration, and the one on protection of personal data," he told state broadcaster RTS. Djelic, who is also science minister in the new cabinet, pointed out that the package also includes regulation in the sector of food safety nd a number of other projects that would ensure that our country "receives good grades in the next report of the European Commission", which is expected in November, and that this would help Serbia gain EU candidate status. “In order to achieve that, we will have to propose a good portion of the laws to parliament, and then to adopt them,” Djelic said, adding that he presented a legislative plan at the government session held late on Wednesday.
