Vesić told RTS that the demolition will take almost six months because of the damage the building sustained during the bombing and the large amounts of construction material to be removed from the location, as well as in order to not interfere with the daily lives of the locals.

Vesić notes that Belgrade is going to adopt a detailed regulation plan no later than March so that by the end of April the conditions for the construction of the complex are met.

“The new investment in the capital, which will spread over tens of thousands of square meters, is proof that Belgrade has become the most popular place for investments in this part of Europe,” noted Vesić.
