BELGRADE Milutin Mrkonjic has said he was very pleased that the complete reconstruction of the railway infrastructure would start with the activation of a Russian loan. The Serbian minister of transport made the statement during his meeting with Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Chepurin, Beta reported. According to Mrnkonjic, this development will "very quick initiate a new cycle of development, increase employment, and speed up the flow of goods and capital." The Serbian Ministry for Transportation has stated that, within preparations for the forthcoming visit of Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic to Russia, they had considered a list of priority works for which this loan is intended.
