Municipal presidents from northern Kosovo want UNMIK representatives to ensure that the return of displaced persons to Kosovska Mitrovica is “two-way“. Zvecan Municipal President Dragisa Milovic said that UNMIK’s regional representative had been asked to enable two-way return, with Serbs and Albanians returning at the same time.
