Auto theft group arrested

Belgrade police and the Service for the Fight Against Organized Crime arrested six suspected car thieves, the Interior Ministry stated. They are accused of robbery, obstruction of justice and counterfeiting documents, according to the police statement. Auto theft group arrested Mladen M, Zoran M, Danijel S. and Dragan K. were arrested, along with Goran Dj and Dean P. from Bosnia-Herzegovina. They are suspected of stealing a large number of cars in Belgrade and either selling them or breaking them down and selling their parts to buyers. The suspects were remanded into custody and are awaiting a hearing before the investigative judge of the Belgrade Primary Court.
