The mayor of southern K. Mitrovica has accused UNMIK of not honoring a deal over a controversial water pipeline. Bajram Rexhepi told Pristina's Koha Ditore newspaper that UNMIK is providing "banal" excuses for not going ahead with the works near the village of Suvi Do, "encouraging the parallel Serb structures in the north of Kosovo".
