The mayor of southern K. Mitrovica has accused UNMIK of not honoring a deal over a controversial water pipeline.

"The pipeline will go ahead with or without UN support".
How are you going to make that happen?
We need to be told how you plan to remove the Serbs from the site. Are you going to use force or are you intending to ask them nicely?
UN has not recognized Kosovo. They cannot go along with your plans. They can't help you remove the Serbs so you will have to call in the army.
Go ahead, make their day.

What a confusion in information ther is in the Balkans.
Now if the above statement of b92 is TRUE this means that the PUBLIC ADmin. of Mitrovica is discriminating K-Serbs and is behaving RACISTSLY.
can anyone bring some elucidations here:
1. Do Serbs of Suhi Doll have the water supply already???
2. if they DO NOT have the water supply, will this investments benefit them too???
