Aid distributed in northern Kosovo

The Red Cross in northern, predominantly Serb part of Kosovo started distributing on Wednesday the humanitarian aid.

The Red Cross in northern, predominantly Serb part of Kosovo started distributing on Wednesday the humanitarian aid. The Red Cross office in the province said the aid was provided by the Serbian government and the Russian Federation, the office announced on Wednesday. Aid distributed in northern Kosovo Two power units from the Russian aid package were given to the student and health centers in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica. In the next month, 400 tons of aid will be distributed among 8,000 inhabitants of the north Kosovo municipalities. Zubin Potok and Leposavic have already started distributing the aid, while northern Kosovska Mitrovica should begin doing that in few days. The distribution costs will be covered by the Red Cross of Kosovo-Metohija and local self-governments in northern Kosovo. Aid distributed in northern Kosovo

Two power units from the Russian aid package were given to the student and health centers in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica.
