The majority Northern Serbs should be allowed to be with Serbia. It is their fundamental right as this was their territory even before the Albanians came hording aboard.
Good that they are helping,but instead of losing out on the part of the kosovo Serbs,the government should try to help set up a viable economy in that part of Kosovo.
When one give someone fish,one gives a meal,when one Teaches how to fish,one gives life itself.

Good question. Basic food is distributed, though I never read that a single person in northern Kosovo starved of hunger. Electrical power generator are something else, its well known that KEK often interrupts electric power in towns where Serbs are living (including hospitals), but this problem is more serious in the southern enclaves.
