Croatian President Ivo Josipovic said that the return of Croats to Bosnia and Serbs to Croatia must be insisted on. He is currently visiting the Republic of Srpska and is the first Croatian president to ever visit the Bosnian Serb entity. Croatian president visits RS Josipovic said that he expects the return of Croats to RS to intensify, adding that he hopes that all Croatian parties in Croatia and Bosnia have a united stance on the return process. “At the meeting I heard data that not even 10 percent of the people have returned to this region,” Josipovic said after meeting with Croat politicians in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Officials of all Croatian parties in Bosnia participated in the meeting in Derventa with Josipovic. Asked whether he will be apologizing to Serb victims while in RS, Josipovic said that everything he had to say he already said to the Bosnia-Herzegovina parliament, where he recently apologized for the crimes committed by the Croatian side in the Bosnian war. Josipovic also met with RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik and several ministers of the RS government. He will also be meeting with the leader of the Party for Democratic Actions (SDA) Sulejman Tihic.
